The strategy is in place, the numbers are right — and the team still does not move. A conflict returns, with new people and the same sentences. A decision is correct and feels wrong. A position is filled three times and stays empty three times.
There is rarely a business explanation for patterns like these. There is an energetic one, and it can be worked with. I do not work on your company past you — I work with you: you lead, I accompany you while you do.

Together we look at what is actually in your company’s field: where energy is bound, which loyalties are at work, which old decisions still linger. What you have long sensed gets a name.
Release
The block is released where it sits, not where it shows. Whatever surfaces stays between us.
Lead
You get the tools to lead your own field: what to watch, how to test a decision energetically, what to do before a pattern comes back.

The frame
A process, not an appointment
We work online, over several months. How many conversations it takes becomes clear along the way — usually a number of them, because things are allowed to move between sessions. Fixed packages are possible if you prefer that.

from €750 per session, around 90 minutes

Free and without obligation, around thirty minutes

I take on no more than five mandates a year.
Where this comes from
Seventeen years of responsibility, not a few weeks of training
I have led foundations, built a startup and grown an online business. Along the way I led teams of more than 850 people, carried seven-figure budgets and pushed through mergers that were considered politically impossible. Success on the outside, internationalisation and change management on the inside.
I know how a conflict feels when everyone would rather sit it out, and what a team costs that does not come along. It often looks unsolvable and it drains your strength. The energetic work comes on top of that — it does not replace the leadership experience.
