The legally binding version of these terms is the German one.

Scope

These terms apply to all services of Devinaya House LLC booked through valeriatold.com: business mentoring, 1:1 sessions, energetic consulting, readings, retreats and the accompanying digital content. By booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Scope, duration and content follow from the offer or the service description at the time of booking. Depending on the offer, this may include: personal sessions and live calls, as a rule online; accompanying digital content such as video modules, meditations, audios and working materials; and communication between appointments within the agreed scope. The work is tailored to your situation; fixed module plans are not part of it unless expressly agreed.

2. Working together and your contribution

How well the work takes effect depends on your openness and your contribution. For company-related support it is assumed that you are actually able to make decisions in your company. All recommendations are impulses; the entrepreneurial responsibility for decisions remains with you.

3. Technical requirements

Live calls take place on a video conferencing platform, as a rule Zoom. You need a stable internet connection, a suitable device, a camera and a microphone. You are responsible for creating and maintaining these conditions yourself. No liability is accepted for disruptions on your side; an appointment that is missed or shortened as a result counts as delivered. If an appointment is cancelled because of a technical fault on the provider’s side, a replacement appointment is offered.

4. Fees and payment

The prices agreed at the time of booking apply. The fee is due before the respective session or according to the agreed payment arrangement. With instalment payment you are responsible for making sure the debits can be carried out; in the event of default, the service is suspended until payment has been made in full.

5. Appointments

Agreed appointments are binding. If you cannot attend an appointment, it counts as delivered; there is no entitlement to a replacement appointment or a credit. If the provider has to postpone an appointment, a replacement appointment is offered promptly.

6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal and refund policy

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal: For digital content and digital services that are not supplied on a physical medium, you expressly agree on booking that performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period has expired. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires early once performance of the contract begins.

No refunds (no-refund policy): Because the service and access to the content begin immediately upon purchase or on the announced start date, no refunds are granted. Cancellations after purchase are excluded. This also applies if you are unable to attend individual live appointments or do not make full use of the content. By purchasing, you confirm this policy and agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes through payment service providers.

7. No promises of healing or results

The work serves personal and entrepreneurial development. It is no substitute for medical, psychotherapeutic, legal or tax advice and is not a promise of healing. No particular economic success is guaranteed. Results depend substantially on your individual openness and your willingness to put things into practice.

8. Confidentiality

Everything discussed in the course of the work is treated confidentially. The same applies to you with regard to anything other participants share in group formats. You will only be named as a reference with your express consent.

9. Copyright and use

All content provided — videos, audios, meditations, texts, materials — is protected by copyright. You receive a simple, non-transferable licence for personal use. Recordings of the sessions are permitted only with mutual consent. Passing on, reproduction or commercial use are prohibited without written consent.

10. Confidentiality and data protection

You will find details on how your personal data is handled in the privacy policy.

11. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded bindingly upon confirmation of your booking, at the latest upon payment in full or the first part payment.

12. Applicable law

Portuguese law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence take precedence.
